There are many fan-made cyclone units in the battle cats, after battle cats ultimate has been released, many modders (bcu) created different types of cyclone. One of this is Manic Ultimate Cyclone created by a japanese modder in the bcu pack called "Ultimate Cyclone Pack". Thanks to @Monisha and @Ryan for giving me the bcu pack. They requested that this unit will be added in Nova Pro.
Manic Ultimate Cyclone Stats & Abilities
We know that cyclones are beast in the game, they attack very fast with almost 0 TBA, to add more to their cruelty, they provided a chance to cast ability. Basically, even the ability cast chance is low, it will still create a probability of casting them nevertheless.
The Manic Ultimate Cyclone has 254,335 HP (at level 1), 10 hitbacks, a movement speed of 8, 275 range, a cost of 5,000, a cooldown of 100 seconds, and a maximum of 9 layers. It features area attack abilities and has a 40% chance to knockback, freeze, slow, weaken, generate waves, trigger savage blow, and inflict curse. Freeze, slow, weaken, and curse effects each last 200 frames, while warp lasts 100 frames with a 100% chance and a maximum distance of -3,000. Its wave attack is level 10, and weaken reduces enemy power by 500%. It also has a strengthen ability that activates at 30% HP, increasing its power by 300%. Additionally, it has a 100% chance to survive lethal damage.
The unit is effective against a wide range of traits, including Red, Floating, Black, Metal, Traitless, Angel, Alien, Zombie, Relic, and Aku enemies. It is highly resistant to control effects, having immunity to wave, knockback, freeze, slow, weaken, warp, curse, toxic, surge, and explosion effects. In terms of attack, it deals 924 damage (at level 1), has a foreswing, and includes ability-based effects in its attacks.

How to get Manic Ultimate Cyclone in Nova Pro Mod?
Manic Ultimate Cyclone is placed in the Uber Super Rare section replacing the unit "Date Masamune".
- You can get this Uber during Sengoku Wargods and REDBUSTERS event in the game. You can roll capsule using "Rare" Tickets.
- Alternative way to acquire Manic Ultimate Cyclone is by unlocking the unit through hack account.
Conclusion
This magnificent powerful limited Cyclone unit is only playable in the battle cats mod named "PTC Nova Pro" with the released version of 15.3.1 onwards. The unit appears in both original and NCS version of mod.
