I Can is a custom enemy unit in the BCU Pack called "INFINITY TOWER". Credits to the maker of the pack. This unit comes to the game mod called "Battle Cats Mod" or BCM, or PTC BCM version 15.3.1. The unit comes with higher health and damage, having abilities of surge, curse and wave. Aku shield breaker is added as well to counter part Aku enemies with high Aku Shield Barriers. The unit places to Rare section exchanging slot with Jurassic Cat which have level 80+50 = 130, at the first form. Jurassic Cat is not hard to get which make the game more easy and fun to deal with.

How to Get / Unlock I Can in Battle Cats Mod
I Can is a Rare Cat and can be unlocked by playing the Rare Capsule.. You need to get the updated version of the mod in able to roll the capsule. This unit drop is for the version 15.3 (Official), whatever mod versions are you.
Other workaround is by requesting battle cats account that has all units unlocked. Remember, this unit is placed in Rare section, so choose account that unlocks all rare units.
